Cancellation and Refund

At Profuture Tech Solutions Private Limited, Chennai, we strive to provide the best experience with CloudxERP Corporate Suite. If you wish to cancel your subion or request a refund, please read our policy below.

1. Cancellation Policy

1.1 Subion Cancellation

  • Users can cancel their CloudxERP subion at any time through their account dashboard or by contacting our support team at billing@profuturetech.com.
  • Cancellation will prevent future billing, but the service will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.
  • Once canceled, your data will be retained for 30 days, after which it may be permanently deleted.

1.2 Account Termination by Us

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts under the following conditions:

  • Violation of our Terms and Conditions.
  • Non-payment or chargebacks.
  • Any unauthorized access or misuse of our services.

2. Refund Policy

2.1 Eligibility for Refund

We offer a 7-day refund policy for new subions under the following conditions:
✅ The refund request is made within 7 days of the subion activation date.
✅ The user has experienced major technical issues that could not be resolved by our support team.
✅ The refund is requested due to billing errors or duplicate charges.

2.2 Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
❌ Subion cancellations made after 7 days of purchase.
❌ If the user has used the service extensively (e.g., completed projects, processed transactions, or exported data).
❌ Refund requests for change of mind or lack of use of the software.
❌ If the subion was terminated due to policy violations or non-payment.
❌ Fees paid for custom development, implementation, training, or setup services.

2.3 Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the transaction.
  • If paid via bank transfer, the user must provide bank details for processing.

3. Modification of Policy

We reserve the right to modify this policy at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via email or the CloudxERP dashboard.
